2019年11月，本中心黃均人主任受邀前往上海參加上海音樂學院主辦之「太平洋地區音響檔案的保護策略」國際工作坊(International Workshop: Safeguarding Strategies of Sound Archives inthe Pacific Region)。該工作坊旨在透過交流，討論對於早期錄音、聲音及影像檔案的處理、數位化情形與未來保護策略。
黃主任於會議中以"Preservation and Sustainability of Audiovisual Heritage: A Case Study of the Ostasien-Institut Archiv of Recording Tapes from Taiwan'sFolk Songs Collecting Movement in the 1960s"為題進行論文發表，其他受邀學者包括維也納聲音與影像檔案館特聘僱問Dr. Dietrich Schüller、美國加州大學洛杉磯分校榮退教授Prof. Anthony Seeger(線上)、馬來西亞普特拉大學高級講師Ahmad Faudzi Musib、上音蕭梅教授與Gisa Jähnichen教授等。
